Add People to Your Course
Note: An instructor cannot add TAs, or Designers after the course end date. Contact the ILC for assistance.
- Go to your course and click on People from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Notice the button to add people (+ People) on the top right- click this button.
- Type the email address of person you would like to add and select a role.
- Designers have access to edit content or copy it to another course, but can't see Grades.
- TAs have access to edit content and grade student submissions.
- Click Next.
- Verify the user's name, then click Add Users.
Non Academic Courses
If you are an "instructor" for a group, club or student organization course, you may add students on the People page of your course. The screen captures are similar to those posted above.
- Click the + People button.
- Enter the student's email address.
- Select Student for their role.
- Click Next.
- Verify the user's name, then click Add Users.
