Resumes are your most used and most referenced document in your application materials, so put some time into making this document concise, consistent, and specific to the job posting. Resumes are used to get an interview and should cover the breadth of your experiences. Other application materials like cover letters or personal statements give you the opportunity to go more in-depth into your experiences and skills.  ​
